Important safety & usage notes

• Not suitable for roasting whole-muscle meats (whole chicken, turkey, steak). Intended for stews, casseroles, braises and similar dishes.
• To prevent melting from uneven heating: pour a small amount of water into the liner and dampen the inside of the roaster before heating. Preheat the roaster for 3 minutes before placing the liner and food.
• Always follow your roaster manufacturer’s instructions.

How to use

1. Place the liner inside the roaster and smooth into corners.
2. Add a few tablespoons of water and dampen the inside of the roaster to avoid hot spots.
3. Preheat the roaster for 3 minutes.
4. Add ingredients (stews, casseroles, chili). Cook per recipe.
5. Lift out the liner, tie or fold closed, and dispose.
